12 Easy Steps Towards Your Dream Outdoor Living Space
Step 1. Fill Out Our Form
Share the details about your project and your vision for the outdoor space you want to create. This is where we get to know what you’re dreaming up.
Step 2. Phone Consultation
We’ll reach out to you within a day for an initial phone consultation to discuss your goals and begin to form a clear understanding of the project.
Step 3. On-Site Consultation
We visit your site to inspect the space and start visualizing what the end result will look like. We’ll talk about materials, scope, and your specific requirements.
Step 4. Project Development and Planning
This is where we dive into the details, including budget, timeline, and material selections. Once we’re aligned, we’ll go over the contract to make sure everything is crystal clear before moving forward.
Step 5. Design Phase
Using advanced design software, we’ll create a custom design for your outdoor space, allowing you to visualize the finished result. This step ensures you feel completely comfortable and excited about what’s to come.
Step 6. Protect Your Home And The Site
Before work begins, we’ll take the necessary steps to protect your home and landscaping. We carefully cover non-construction areas and ensure the site is safe for demolition and construction work.
Step 7. Pre-Job Walkthrough
Before we start, we’ll walk through the site together to explain the project scope and outline the steps involved in the upcoming work. This gives you a clear understanding of what to expect.
Step 8. We Get To Work
Our skilled team will begin transforming your space, bringing your vision to life with precision and care. Throughout the process, we maintain clear communication to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Step 9. Our Cleaners Get To Work
Once the project is completed, we don’t just leave. Our professional cleaners will make sure the site is spotless and ready for you to enjoy immediately.
Step 10. Post-Job Walkthrough
We’ll do a final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Afterward, you’ll have three days to inspect the project and provide feedback. We’ll address any concerns promptly.
Step 11. 5-Year Warranty
We offer a 5-year labor warranty, plus the manufacturer’s warranty on materials. If any issues arise within the warranty period, we’ll take care of it at no additional cost to you.
Step 12. 6 Month Follow-Ups
For two years after the completion of your project, we’ll visit your property every six months to ensure everything is in top condition and address any concerns. Our service doesn’t stop once the project ends!
